David Carrascosa Saitec Offshore Technologies Chief Operation Officer
David Carrascosa holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cantabria, Spain, and an Executive MBA from EAE Business School. He began his career with a focus on structural dynamics and joined Saitec in 2014 as an Offshore Engineer, quickly rising to lead the Offshore Wind Department. In 2016, he was appointed Chief Technology Officer at Saitec Offshore Technologies, the company's dedicated Floating Offshore Wind spin-off. David assumed the role of Director of Operations in June 2021, subsequently joining the Board of Directors. Since July 2023, he has served as the Chief Operations Officer and Member of the Executive Board, leveraging his expertise to drive Saitec Offshore's strategy and enhance its position in the offshore wind industry. Additionally, David holds the position of Chairman of the Basque Energy Cluster’s Floating Offshore Wind Working Group.
